He has day to day oversight of the companys TVs programming, video productions, staffing and marketing. George understands Jamaican and Caribbean culture, and his authentic street connection and creativity has enabled him to build and guide a tremendously popular and original, non-stop Caribbean cable TV station, and not least a brand name, that instantly conjures up a sense of excitement, energy and mass appeal.

George has previous working experience in television in the United States of America , and currently teaches videography at the Creative Production and Training Centre (CPTC).
