In the Associate Service Provider category:
1. Membership fee must have been paid and account active for any award to be valid.
2. The promotion is not valid if the referral has a previous active account.
3. Does not apply with other promotions.
4. Referrer’s account will be credited with an additional $10 for each referred friend that opens a new account between December 1, 2007 and January 31, 2008
The Client category:
5. Referral account fees must be paid in full for award to be valid.
6. The promotion is not valid if the referral has a previous active account.
